I signed up for a membership with Seattle Sun Tan in Feb 2009. When the staff members weren't talking to their friends who were hanging out or on their cell phone the service wasn't too bad. They did manage to mix my account up with another account which caused my account to say that I had not paid even though my credit card was charged. They were never able to fix this so I take back what I said about the service not being too bad. I canceled my membership in May 2009 and they have continued to bill me for the past 3 months. I have called and visited the store multiple times to resolve this and every time they tell me the problem is fixed...then I get billed again. I have been told that the manger will contact me to take care of this. She never does. DO NOT go to Seattle Sun Tan unless you want to get ripped off.
