I am having an ongoing dispute with a neighbor who is also a homeowner. He makes racial slurs and rants. He has vandelized my car. He violates many association by-laws. He recently watered me down with a hose as if this were the 60's. he believesthat my name is ""Black Bit**"", becasue that is what he calls me when I am entering my home. I am currently receiving NO support from the association. I am left only to assume that this behavior is acceptable!
