Called for a cab because I needed to get to Ohio Valley General Hospital in Kennedy Township from my home in Moon. Approximately 10 minutes after speaking with the dispatcher, the cab driver called to let me know that he had to turn around to head in my direction, but would arrive shortly. He was very courteous and respectful during our conversation. He was a little lost finding our apartment complex, but stayed in communication to let me know how far away he was. Once he arrived, he called to let me know that he was out front. I got in and off we went. My only complaint, really, is that he drove kinda fast; reaching speeds of between 80-85 mph, he wove in and out of traffic to get ahead, used on and off ramps to jump ahead of the near standstill traffic, and often followed far too close for comfort. I actually thought he might rear-end a motorcycle with driver and passenger at one point. All in all, he got me where I needed to go, and fairly quickly once the pick-up was achieved. I just wish I had been able to ...relax... as much as I could have, given the circumstances. But, he was anything but rude or unfriendly. I had cab 124, and the driver was courteous and professional. So glad my experience was far different than so many others. :)
