Review content:
I have been going there for 2 years. Just changed over to new doctor at a different family practice. I have never seen a doctor here. Always Nurse Practitioner Peacock, who is extremely nice. However, they have never followed through with testing for cholesterol, etc. They always tell me they will call and schedule, and Never do. Back office people, like receptionists are RUDE and not friendly. Plus, they say your address and insurance info loud enough for the entire waiting room to hear when asking to confirm information. I kept going back because I did like Nurse Peacock, but the overall attitudes from the office staff has made me change doctors. I just stay quiet and comply with their requests. On a side note, I never feel/felt my health problems are diagnosed. AND NO I am not a hypochonriac. I only go to the doctor once a year. but am concerned about my cholesterol. Try another doctor before resorting to this place. Or grin and bear it
Pros: location, parking
Cons: receptionist staff, wait time can be a little extensive
