I BOARDED BY PETS ON DEC 23 2005. UPON MY RETURN JAN,2,2006, 11 DAYS LATER,, I FOUND MY PUPPY IN A DARK, CIGARETTE SMELLING ROOM . THIS WAS 18 MONTHS AGO AND I AM STILL NOT OVER WHAT I FOUND. I WAITED OUTSIDE THE CLINIC JAN 2, 2006 FROM 9 AM TO NOON. NO ONE CAME TO CHECK ON THE DOGS AND I REPEATEDLY PHONED & LEFT A MESSAGE THAT I WANTED MY PUPPY AND CAT. I WAS WAITING OUTSIDE FOR WHEN THEY CAME TO FEED.. NO ONE CAME.I WENT TO A STORE ACROSS THE STREET & THE MAN AT THE COUNTER TOOK MY NUMBER TO CALL ME WHEN HE SAW THEM COME TO FEED. I KEPT CALLING THE STORE TO SEE IF ANYONE HAD COME AND THE ANSWER WAS ""NO"". AT 2:45pm I PARKED MY CAR OUTSIDE THE CLINIC & AT 4:15pm A GIRL COME TO FEED. I INSISTED GOING IN WITH HER. SHE TURNED ON A LIGHT IN AN OTHERWISE BLACK ROOM. THEN, SHE FOUND LIGHT WHERE THE CAGES WERE FOR THE DOGS! I SAW1/2 DOLLAR SIZED DRY FOOD IN MY PUPPY'S BOWL AND HIS WATER
