Review content:
For a mani-pedi, you simply cannot find a better place. The nail services are skilled and luxurious. While most nail salons consider a massage to be a quick slap of the back of your hands, the Element nail techs provide long, muscle-relaxing true massages. Then, when you move to the dry station, the techs often provide a gratis 2-minute back massage. And they always have sweet smiles on their faces. Unfortunately, the spa services are less wow-worthy. The waxes are the typical painful affairs, and the back massages are not consistent. For a mani-pedi, though, Element simply cannot be beat - anywhere in the 5 borroughs. Pros: lots of "extras", hand/feet massages, happy techs Cons: average wax services
