$1.99 Restaurant is a great place to eat lunch or dinner. Even thought their menus are limited to 9 dishes, but every single of those dishes are great. For under $5.00 with tip and drink, you can enjoy a great meal at $1.99 Restaurant. My favorite dish here is the steak with rice.
