You guys have given me what I can finally call a new lease on life. I now have hope where hope didn't exist before. I felt like there was a room with padded walls that I was locked in that kept me away from my money and my hope of having any type of good future. I just thought that Uncle Sam, the IRS, was going to put a stamp on my future and say 'NO NO NO'. But the most important thing that you did was even after I had paid the money I owed you, I got a call almost every week letting me know the update on my case. I want you to know, that mean the absolute world to me. You let me know up front that they could help me and they said if they couldn't, they wouldn't take my money.
