EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSOINAL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! UNBELIEVABLE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHCILE HERE. We have an agreement on the work to be done. And he has a problem with with the insurance company paying for part of it and the other part of it coming from my lean holder... Here I thought we worked everything out, and he just decides he's not going to do the work anymore. So my Truck sits outside his shop while I'm paying for a rental car for 4 days, and I call to ask why no work is being done... he tells me He's not touching my truck, and to get it off his lot or he's going to start charging me a storage fee. Then hangs up in my face no explaination nothing. Unbelievable I was not treated like a valued customer or even a Human Being for that matter. I would really like to run into that owner in a dark ally somewhere.
