If you hate the heat...definitely don't go!
If you are looking for a reasonably priced yoga class...Go.
If you are looking for a great workout...Go.
If you are looking to stretch yourself out...Go.
If you are already in good shape and want to learn some yoga...Go.
If you want to sweat like crazy...go.
If you want to get in on the trend of power yoga...Go.
All in all, it's a mixed bag. Not for the true yogis, but definitely a great workout and a rewarding place to start learning about flow yoga.
