gonna be brutally honest here - they got here fast, charged me LESS then what I was quoted over the phone - from the operator to the locksmith that came to my apartment right after midnight - had all the right tools and knew what he was doing EVERYONE was smiling (well I didn't actually see the girl over the phone but she sounded happy...) anyway many thanks! who thought that getting locked out around midnight would be such a positive experience.
