We didn't buy our van at Honda of Bellevue (because they didn't have the color we wanted in stock), but we do get our van serviced there. When I got the first oil change and service done, I just waited there while they did it. They have a nice waiting room with magazines and toys. They seemed well-organized, got us in right away, and came and told me when the service was done.
