Bought Honda Accord from Pearson dealership in 2000 and since then have my Honda serviced there. Their service is definitely exceptional.I had Toyota, Nissan, Mazda cars but other dealerships never came close in the customer service. For the day long service(timing belt) they provide rental car and the price for the service is much better then West Broad Honda. I leave at West End my for the last 9 years prefer drive to Pearson for the service. Very satisfied customer.

I bought my Saturn Aura last year from Saturn of Broad. They have recently merged to the Midlothian location, They have excellent customer service and also the NO haggle pricing. That makes it easier to shop. I have taken my car to the shop for oil changes, etc and there service guys are also great. I never have to wait long for my appt.

This is the best toyota dealer I have met. They just moved recently to west of broard street. Their office and work lab are new and spacious. The change oil service can be done in 1 hour if you didn't make appointment and go there directly. They will have a convenient car to take you to pick up your car once the service done. What I need say is they really improved their services!

Now this dealership name is changed to Pearson Mazda but still the good old people. This is one of the biggest car dealerships in west broad street which has the finest pre-owned and new cars and they have a state of the art service facility which has the latest equipments to fix you problems with car. The staff is friendly and they have a decent inventory of pre-owned of ford,lincoln,mercury as well as Mazdas.

They have a good pre-owned , new vehicles inventory with categories SUV's (Yukon,Envoy), Vans (Safari Cargo, Savana) and Trucks (Sierra, Canyon) they have various models of all vehicles. I would like to applaud the service we received from Universal Ford. (And this is big for me becasue I'm not a huge Ford fan.) We came in on Saturday to look around and we were helped by Scott. (I hope I haven't reversed the names of the people that helped us)
He was diligent in trying to help us find the exact vehicle that we wanted. It didn't quite work out so we left for the day but he gave us the card of another person that could help us on Monday.
Sunday we received a courtesy call to check and see if we were still looking, etc.
Monday, Steve called my husband several times to help find him the truck he wanted. It didn't seem like it was going to work out but at the last minute my husband saw that they had a very similar truck on their lot that we had missed before. He talked to Steve and got a rough estimate on the cost. Then we went and looked at the truck and test drove it. They made a really great offer that my husband couldn't turn down.
Not only were the two salesmen very nice, so were the two financial people that we dealt with. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. I am really hoping that the service is just as nice.
Once again, I hope I didn't switch the names around.

My neighbor hit my car so I went with his insurance to get it fixed and they talked me into the one stop shop. This ended up in a 4 stop shop so far. They said it would only take a few days which turned into weeks. The first time they called me to pick up my car it was more dirty than it was when I dropped it off. The inside panel was scratched and other things so I refused to take it and then again it wasn't right so I brought it back and now the paint job for my new car where they fixed it is chipping. Never ever go to this CHOP SHOP!

While Whitlow advertizes they are the largest Chevy dealership in Central Virginia, you'd think they'd have the best selection. They have a lot of cars on their lot, but not many differing features/packages (more like the same car in different colors). The sales staff is okay, although they will call you endlessly at home if you leave the lot without purchasing a car. But their prices are competitive, so it's worth looking there.
PROS: Location.
CONS: Pushy staff.
