We recently bought our first home and being very uneducated about home buying we went with a realtor that the bank recommended -- she was AWFUL. She wouldn't show me houses in the price that we wanted to pay, only ones for far more than we felt we could afford. She called everything in our price range a "dump" so we started looking for another Realtor!
A friend recommended Linda Easley and she was so much more accomodating, very fast with searches, available to look at homes when we could find time to look too -- patient with my need to drag three small children along with me -- and enthusiastic about homes in our price range!
When we found our house (not a dump and in our price range, thank you very much!) She handled all the work, found us a lender with a better interest rate, dealt with some pretty hard to deal with sellers and was genuinely happy for us -- What more can you ask for??

We interviewed six Realtors before selecting Linda. She is with Park Place Realty. She's attentive, made us feel like her only customers. She accomodated our demanding schedule and our difficult toddler, checked in with us daily, and held our hands through the entire purchase process. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Linda. She attended to every detail, including many things you would not even notice. If we ever need a Realtor again, I would use her. And if we ever move out of the area, I will hold any future Realtors to the high standard she has set.

Honey Tree is a neat apartment complex. They have One, Two, Three bedroom choices. One bedroom starts from $631. The neat thing is they have a great group of people working together to achieve success. It is surrounded by trees and a very calm neighborhood. The highlights would be it is closer to Henrico Doctors hospital, 1.5 miles from Regency Square mall, Dishwasher and garbage disposal, Olympic size swimming pool, Putting green, Fitness club, Lighted tennis courts. It has got much more like Gas Heat.

Real Estate Consumers Services are excellent. I just happened to meet them at an open house. Courtney was showing the house that was open. She showed me many other properties without having to sign any contracts for her to be my agent. When she found me the right home, she sold my old home in three days at a much higher price than I thought I would get for it.

I went there and had a tour with a rental manager. He told there are 4 different apartments with (1,2) bed rooms. When I went and had a look none of the apartment was clean to any standard. The laundary room was not maintained properly either. As a whole my first impression was not good. The apartments looks really really old and I am sure this is not place I would be living. The worst thing is you have to pay for sewer,trash and water.

The title is 'real estate agent', meaning Clayton Gits should have truly acted as my agent: checked contractor references, reviewed counter-offers, and offered good advice.
Instead, I got a terrible first time buying experience and a house needing thousands upon thousands of dollars of repair that should have been handled before closing.
Do not work with Clayton Gits.
