Bought Honda Accord from Pearson dealership in 2000 and since then have my Honda serviced there. Their service is definitely exceptional.I had Toyota, Nissan, Mazda cars but other dealerships never came close in the customer service. For the day long service(timing belt) they provide rental car and the price for the service is much better then West Broad Honda. I leave at West End my for the last 9 years prefer drive to Pearson for the service. Very satisfied customer.

I was referred here by another mechanic for a rattly exhaust pipe. They promptly checked my pipe and fixed the small clip FREE of charge!!! It did not require new parts and only a little time. I was so surprised. I would definitely go there when we need a new exhaust system.

This is the only place in Richmond where I will get gas. The boys that pump gas, I believe their names are Troy and Tyler, are very sweet and well mannered. They treat every customer with respect and do a good job. One time when I was pumping gas my dog jumped out of the car window. Troy and Tyler risks their lives and ran out in the street after my poor puppy. Thanks to them Princess is still safe and sound. I recommend this gas station to my friends all the time, great service at a great price!

This auto dealer has got a good bunch of vehicles from Buick,Pontiac,GM,Nissan,Kia and others. They have a very good list of pre-owned vehicles from Nissan, Kia, Mitsubishi. Their prices are ok and they also have separate departments for Sales, Service, Parts, Finance which is really nice. They also have a friendly service/sales staff.

Whenever I have car trouble (and I've been through a lot of cars, we buy old ones) I take my car straight to Village West -- they have never been dishonest with me about cost or problems -- often when I have a problem I might think it's something huge and expensive but they will find a way to fix it inexpensively --
There is often a wait because they're pretty popular -- but I just come in first thing in the morning and wait for the car and they always get it done by lunch time (faster when I have my kids with me!)

I have been to many auto shops in richmond, but until i was recommended here i thought all auto shops are crooks. Heard many great things about them so I decided to give them a shot. First time i went in, they fit me in the schedule. They mostly work on honda's but they also now do domestic cars. Once they could not find whats wrong with the car so they did not charge me anythings. Try that at dealers. They will charge you 80 bucks just to open the hood. I would not take my care any place but to them.

I bought my very first car here, at Saturn of Richmond, and while I don't have extensive experience in purchasing automobiles, I have to say that all the horrors I've heard about car dealerships are unfounded when it comes to Saturn. I walked on the lot just to browse -- I had no intention of buying at the moment, no money for a down payment, no positive credit history, nothing. But the salesman went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, letting me look over the cars, asking me what I wanted, not arguing when I told him I wanted something cheap. I had a car in mind, one I saw on the Saturn website, and of course, the one I test drove was the exact one I wanted. Imagine my surprise when I drove it home that same day!
I've also had my car serviced at Saturn, which was a pleasant experience as well. They wax and wash the car after changing the oil ... I could get spoiled with such treatment!

I would like to applaud the service we received from Universal Ford. (And this is big for me becasue I'm not a huge Ford fan.) We came in on Saturday to look around and we were helped by Scott. (I hope I haven't reversed the names of the people that helped us)
He was diligent in trying to help us find the exact vehicle that we wanted. It didn't quite work out so we left for the day but he gave us the card of another person that could help us on Monday.
Sunday we received a courtesy call to check and see if we were still looking, etc.
Monday, Steve called my husband several times to help find him the truck he wanted. It didn't seem like it was going to work out but at the last minute my husband saw that they had a very similar truck on their lot that we had missed before. He talked to Steve and got a rough estimate on the cost. Then we went and looked at the truck and test drove it. They made a really great offer that my husband couldn't turn down.
Not only were the two salesmen very nice, so were the two financial people that we dealt with. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. I am really hoping that the service is just as nice.
Once again, I hope I didn't switch the names around.
