My friends from out of town were here and they wanted to go some amusement park. Six Flags is about 2 hours from here and this was the closest amusement park. They had a lot of rides for a small park. The prices are pretty decent and you can get in for half the price if you go in the evenings. They also have a couple water rides so be sure to carry your swimming trunks and costumes with you.
