Taxworks has been doing my taxes for the past three or four years, and it's been a breeze.
I receive a letter from them in January, giving me the date and time of my automatically scheduled appointment. This, at the very least, puts me in the frame of mind to collect the necessary documents. By the time of the appointment, I have nearly 80% of what I need pulled together, making it easy to tie up the loose ends by April.

We've used these folks for all of our house loans to date and I've never lacked confidence. From the first, each loan was clear cut in the actions that needed to be taken and by whom. Each loan went without a hitch, and we never had to show up at a closing wondering if the money was going to be there.

I recently refinanced my mortgage with Boulder West. They did a good job of getting a good interest rate and having low closing costs. I didn't think their customer service was great. The broker did a good job of returning calls prior to closing, but now that it's closed, they aren't so quick to respond to the questions I have. Also, the broker didn't stay for the actual closing, which I don't like. If she had stayed, she could have answered the questions I have then and I wouldn't have to call her now. Because of the poor customer service, I don't think I would use them again.
