Imo’s Pizza is a St. Louis institution. However, most people either love or hate this pizza joint. Their unique sauce and provolone cheese (although you can ask for mozzarella) on a ridiculously thin crust are for many people an acquired taste. If you find the pizza less than stunning, though, try the pasta. Imo’s pasta dishes are quite good, and can be carried out in place of the pizza.
