I have not been pleased with this practice. Both personal experience and the words of many others have made me see that there seems to be inner turmoil within the organization. While there are some capable physicians, the stress among the doctors themselves is evident which detracts from the ability to provide good patient care. The business office is disorganized and often has trouble with billing, following up with insurance providers and making general accounting errors which even when pointed out are slow to be corrected.
