Food at Erawan Thai is good. I have been a handful of times and it is consistent. However, the service is very poor. The waitresses are in such a hurry to take your order and drop your meal off at your table, that they forget to bring your drink, they don't ask if you have everything you need, they forget if you ask for something, and they never come back to check on you. It's very frustrating. They drop the food off and run. I am at the point now that if I go, I bring some of my own condiments because I know I have to run over to the kitchen to track someone down to re-request what I am waiting for. Fast service does not equal good service in this case.
