I took a mower into Bryant Tractor & Mower the other day and was very surprised at the level of customer service. They have hired at least two teenagers, of which one is now working the front counter. This one young man has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. Very rude and acts/looks like a complete idiot! You have to stand around and wait every time you go there and takes three weeks for your mower to even get looked at. This place is a joke, avoid at all cost. I will never go back!
