I've had good meals and I've had items I wouldn't reorder, but the thing that keeps me from coming back is the owners. Maybe it's customary in NY to chew out the waitstaff in front of the entire restaurant but to me it's crass. There is a time and place for everything and I think that yelling (not correcting an issue but YELLING) has no place in the dining area. The price of the meal includes atmosphere, so you can choose to deal with this as entertainment or simply dysfunctional behavior. Either way, there are a lot of better places locally to enjoy an equal or better meal than Fini's.
