First Off let me say I LOVE Genghis grill and Mongolian style kitchen's, but saturday 02/26/2011 was the last time I will visit the Genghis Off of N. Freeway and Western Center Blvd.. Upon my wife and I entering we were over come by the smell of what I believed to be VERY RE-USED old mop water and rag water....It stunk so bad it ruined the experience.. There was food on the floor all over the place (really.!). The Manager appeared scruffy and wrinkled tucked in shirt no Belt And making jokes about sexual prefrences to the bartender.. (the Manager).. Maybe im old but come on... Everything looked and felt sticky (chairs, tables etc....) If I were the owner (Chalak investments) I would overhaul my staff, and get a manager who would run it right.. The price is high for Mongolian (10.00-13.99USD), but ok if the above issues were fixed...Plus the place was packed with staff,, but they just ignored the guest,, I even had to walk up and get my own bowl before it got cold.. It appeared that the rest of the staff were young and probably all party buddies,,,lead by the old burn out... I saw the previous reviews and I must say they appear to be written by Employees or the owner,,,,, because there is no way that we are talking about the same Genghis Grill.>!! I am a true customer and took the time to write this because it was that bad...
