My husband and I saved up for close to a year to buy a new couch (our first major purchase as a married couple, by the way.) Not only did they send us the wrong couch, but they refuse to ADMIT they're wrong and it's our word against their's. Now we're stuck with a sectional that's configured wrong for our living room. They also forgot the ottoman that's included with the sectional, and we haven't seen that in the two weeks since they delivered the couch. We had to wait 3 months for the couch to come in (after being told it would be around 2 weeks for it to come in.) Customer service is a complete joke. We went in to speak to Melissa and after hearing the situation from another employee that went to go get her, she turned around and hid in the back to avoid talking to us. This "company" is a joke all around. No wonder they've been going out of business for years now. If my experience can help at least one person from giving these cretins any of your hard-earned money, then at least something good will come out of this hellish transaction. Pay attention to all of the bad reviews this place has - they're true and unfortunately honest. Just stay away. Your sanity and your pocketbook will thank you.
