I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Not only are the sales people pushy (obviously they work off commission or something) but the managers are rude. Jean Connection is the only place in Southlake as many others have stated that doesn't have any sort of return policy except for gift cards which they choose not to take should they decide to switch stores (SHADY). Overall a horribly run company! I don't know how they have stayed in business this long considering but who knows...maybe overcharging for cheap jewelery and crappy t shirts has made up for the lack business. All I know is they won't get any of mine any time soon. Go to any major department store you pay less and actually return the jeans if you decide they don't flatter you a day later.
