This pizza hut is the worst pizza hut ever. My mother went to pick up my order for me .She arrived at the scheduled pick up time and was ignored for twenty minutes while the guys behind the counter goofed off. The man behind her in line got sick of waiting and left. When they finally did give her my order it was wrong cold and they forgot half of it. When she arrives without the chicken wings I ordered I attempt to call them to resolve the problem. My first attempt I was rudely asked if I had my receipt, which I did no problem. Then I was left on hold for a half hour. Someone else got back on the phone and put me on hold for another half hour for a manager. After another twenty minutes the manager got on the phone and asked me if I had a complaint or wanted to place an order. I told him I wanted my chicken wings. He put me back on hold for another twenty minutes. Then employee answered and told me I needed to talk to the manager, I told him I did and dam I know you are busy but I would like my chicken wings. He put me back on hold. He never resolved the issue; I had to call customer service to finally get some justice. All I wanted was for the guy to say sorry come and get your wings.
