As a resident of Astoria, it is always awesome to find a great place with excellent food. Mojave is that and more!! Our server was so friendly and the drinks were diverse and well made. But the highlight for me was the entree I chose. I ate the Salmon which is the best Salmon I have ever had. It is crusted with ground pumpkin seeds, pan seared with a chipotle cream sauce drizzled on top. It is served on a bed of spinach sauteed in garlic and smoked tomatoes. YUM! OMG. Delicious. It is pricey but worth it. I will go back for the food, service and fun atmosphere.
