I had an absolutley horrible experience at a crop in this store. The store manager made some horribly rude comments to me and to other people during our crop. I talked to the store owner (husband) about the situation the next day and he told me that he and his wife would look into it and get back to me. After a few weeks of nothingness, I emailed the owners and explained what happened IN DETAIL. The store manager was the one to email me back and she again did not apologize for her comments or behavior and told me to quit complaining.
Pros: there are none unless you enjoy being called names
Cons: employees, owners, VERY rude treatment
