I brought a sweater in to be cleaned. I marked several spots that needed attention. When I went to pick up the sweater the first time, there was a completely different stain on the front of the sweater. I asked for it to be cleaned again specifically mentioning that the stain was not there when I brought the sweater in. They agreed to reclean it. When I returned to pick up the sweater, the stain, which originally was not on the sweater, was still there. I asked to have my sweater returned. They insisted that I pay for the ruined sweater and took it to the back. I insisted that my sweater be returned and they refused. They were incredibly rude and would not return the sweater until I paid. They even walked away when I complained. Ignoring me completely. I will never return to this cleaners and would advise others to stay away.
