I live in Sausalito and I?ve watched restaurants come and go in this location for over 10 years. Cacciucco opened 3 years ago and has been going strong since. They are specialized in contemporary Tuscan cuisine offering some of the traditional dishes as well. If you like Italian wines this is your place. They have a wide selection of wines from all over Italy and particularly from Tuscany. I have been there for dinner numerous times with my family and friends. The food in consistently great, the staff is friendly and well informed. The restaurant is always busy especially on weekends and having a reservation is a must. We love this restaurant and we like to recommend it to everybody.
