We remember when Chimi's was only one restaurant on Cherry Street. They've grown too far and fast and the food has not kept pace. Very disappointing. Oh, the last time we ate there, the salsa was um, less than fresh (actually my choice of words was edited out), and the manager was not even apologetic. Taco Bueno or Qdoba are better.
