Pascucci recently opened a Goleta location of their extremely popular Italian restaurant. The menu is the same but the quality is much lower at the new location. Maybe they just need more time to settle into things. One of my appetizers was burned and the waiters didn’t seem to know what was going on at all. The wait was surprisingly long considering the huge dining area and the slightly sub-par quality of food. Maybe it will get better over time.
