With the variety of programs and equipment this gym offers anyone can find an activity that will help keep them healthy and in shape. They hold many small classes in private studios. Some outstanding classes are social dance and pilates. I was pleasantly surprised to find a hair salon and sporting goods store located within the gym. They also have a juice bar that makes all kinds of fresh juices and shakes. It gets very busy right after work but they have so much equipment that the wait is minimal.

I Love going to Simonson's in Elk River for all of my services. It's a wonderful professional and clean environment. They offer everything! They also have a doctor that comes in. All of the stylists and staff are very knowledgeable and take the time to talk about what YOU want, and definitely strive to give you what you are looking for. I feel pampered every time I go into the salon. I get compliments on my hair all the time . I've never been disappointed after leaving there. They do a great job! I would definitely recommend Simonson's Salon and Day Spa!!!

I went to Sister Kenny for physical therapy for a few weeks, I started noticing results after the first visit and was not in pain at all by my last visit. I felt really comfortable with the physical therapist. I was very pleased with my service there and hope to never have to go back, but if I am injured and need physical therapy again I would glady go back. I recommend Sister Kenny to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Praxis Healing arts is a wellness center that offers Massage, Acupuncture, community Acupuncture, Skin care and fitness classes. They have been around since May of 2005. This is a real great group of therapists who really know how to find the root causes of any illness and discomfort you may be feeling.
They have 2 locations which are both warm healing places.

Great place for massage and bodywork. They are very knowledgeable and professional, and exceptionally caring. I can personally recommend them for sports massage, and injury rehabilitation, as well as overall
healing massage. Many years of experience working with people has made them an outstanding resource for those needing or desiring help with physical healing. While they certainly do an excellent "feel good"
massage, they seem to really shine at working with people who have specific healing needs.

I have had physical therapy at nova care. they have a nice little office with a physical therapist and an assistant, both were very nice. the receptionist is very nice also. It is a little hard to schedule immediate appointments at first but once you find a time slot it is pretty easy to schedule all of your appointments at that time. The majority of the time there was not long wait to be seen and usually appointments only took about 3o min.
