Ok so its pretty cool to be underwater with all the fish but its really over priced. At first thought it sounds like a brilliant idea for the mall but due to the lack luster attendance due to pricing its lost most of the appeal it had at opening. Regardless much like camp snoopy, its worth another try or a first try if you haven't visited it yet. Very neat environment and gives you a one of a kind viewpoint from down under.

Legoland is a very fun place for the kids to play. They have the big duplo type legos for the little kids. The older kids can build on tables with legos. Or, they can construct their very own car and race it down a raceway. My kids love to stop here while we are shopping to get a break. It's a great place to stop if you have to nurse a baby too while the other ones play! The store has a lot to offer as well. They have a ton of different legos and they are actually very reasonably priced.

The riverview theater is an awesome place to go out on a tight budget or if you are just cheap like me! The price is unbeatable, the popcorn is reasonably priced and very tasty. The movies are good quality, they are movies that are not in theaters any more but not out on video yet either. I think it is totally worth the wait to see movies at the riverview and save a lot of money

I am always impressed by the artwork I see at The Minneapolis Institue of Arts. There are so many different mediums and styles, so you get the full picture of the history of art. The collection includes everything from heiroglyphics to 1950s advertisents and modern art. It is all very interesting. The only downside is that the museum is so big it is hard to navigate through.

So it doesn't have that appeal it had when it first opened, having rides inside our mall of america is still pretty cool. On those rainy days that you spend at the mall why not take a ride or two on the coaster or one of the many other rides they have to offer. Prices could be a little more reasonable but its well worth it in my opinion. If you haven't been to camp snoopy lately give it another try on your next visit to the mall of america!

We love going to the Brave New Workshop! They always have very, very funny performances and they are tailored to the Twin Cities area. Most performances are a collection of bits all relating to a theme. The theme is often something currently happening in MN. Great Entertainment.

You can always count on a good performance at the Guthrie. We have enjoyed having season tickets and recommend any performance there. If you have not seen The Christmas Carol there, you are missing something. Tickets are a bit expensive, but they often have tickets available in a rush line just before performances. There is hardly a bad seat in the house.

More
With the introduction the Lagoon Theater in the Uptown neighborhood, the Uptown Theater had to take a back seat. The Uptown Theater used to be the primary spot for unique movies in the Uptown area. It now is regulated to after thought. However, the theater is still fun and still creates a unique atmosphere that still makes it worthwhile. Their focus is even more toward the old cult films that makes this theater hard to resist. Set the way back machine and give it a try.

Cheapo is a huge music store with tons of cds, albums, etc. However, you have to wade through a ton of chaff to get to anything good. Their collections by individual artist are not comprehensive, and their dance music selections for anything a half-way decent (or better) dj would want to spin, are decidedly weak.
Want to sell your music here? Be prepared to get ripped off. You'd get a lot more for your music on Amazon or Half.com.
