My mom is in her mid 80's and I recently have taken over her personal business affairs, since she no longer can handle things as she use too. There was a problem with her air conditioner not cooling. This seemed to be a pattern with this unit each year around late spring, or early summer. I called your company and you sent out Daryn Hooper to check the air conditioner (gas pack). I was impressed with his demeanor and his knowledge. He was very careful in his testing and seemed very interested in solving the problem with this unit. I was pleased with his diagnoses of the problem and his work to correct the issue. I was a little aggravated when I called Brothers, but after Daryn showed such concern and determination it changed my atttitude. He represents your company well. I owned and operate my own electrical contracting company and appreciate good quality workers when I see them, Daryn is one of the best I have seen in a long time. I know from having my own company that finding a tech of this quality is sometimes hard to do. Again I say, he represents your company very well, and you can be sure I will recommend your company to any of my customers who may need a good heating and air company for their needs.
