The self-park car park was big but easy to access from the road system and into the hotel. Valet parking looked very busy and at times overwhelmed & chaotic. The monorail was always busy, but the short distances between the Luxor & its sisters meant that it was not really necessary. We visited the Titanic exhibit which was excellent. It was cheaper buying tickets from a half-price booth on the strip than in the Luxor itself, despite having a Luxor discount booklet. The location we found ideal. We were just away from the bustle of mid-strip but only 10 minutes walk away from the action. Generally, the Luxor was everything we wanted it to be. There was no evidence at all of timeshare touts; our only problem was getting through the public areas whilst everyone was trying to take family photos by the Egyptian features! There is a sign asking to "please excuse our dust whilst we create your new Luxor" but we experienced no inconvenience. An excellent choice for our stay.
