I have only been to Pro Nails a few times before without an appointment. When I first walked into the salon, I was asked to pick out a color from a wide variety of polishes. Because they weren't very busy, I only had to wait for about five minutes before the lady did my nails. I noticed their utensils were clean and disinfected, which is important to me. Also, when the lady did my nails, she did make good conversation and was friendly. I would retun here if I am in the area. Great place!
