Its not the best, not the worst 8/7/2005

Matts Auto Body is the kind of car repair place you would trust to fix your car, but only if every other place is already closed. They will fix it correctly, but there are several small and annoying things they forget to do. One time they forgot to put my oil cap back on, while I was driving away the check engine light came on and I had to go back to have they put a new cap on. They even tried to charge me for it. But I had to remind them it was them who had forgotten to put it back on. like I said. good in a pinch more

oh man, brought back memories 6/3/2005

i'm looking to get some work done on my car again and shopping around. I happened to stumble by these reviews of Matt's Auto. Their service was awful. They clearly took advantage of me being a woman and not knowing a lot about cars. When i called another dealer and told them what Matt's auto had said, they laughed and said they were sorry i was having to deal with that. Shop around! more

service was horrible 6/3/2005

They took over 1 month to complete the work. I had rental insurance so it wasn't a huge deal to me. But when i called and asked them 'nicely' what the delay was caused by i was hung up on. I couldn't believe the audacity to do that to a customer. I heard from another Audi-owning friend about similar issues with them. more

Highly Competent and Trustworthy Auto Body Shop 5/25/2005

these guys do very good work, but sometimes their attention to detail just isn't that great. Once, they let me leave with a couple of missing pieces in my front air dam Another time, they didn't fully connect the turn signal lights however, overall, they do very high quality work--a good proxy are the number of high-end branded cars I see whenever I'm there (BMWs, Porsches, Mercedes, etc.) more
