Agree about the tenants on E. French Place. Currently cursing out neighbors across the street. Screaming at each other from their yards. F-bombs galore. Trash tenants that this realtor will do nothing about! more

This realtor manages the rental property across the street from me. In the past 3 mo. the police has been called for domestic issues several times. There are always screaming, crying children out in the front yard (and street!). Their dog is allowed to roam about as it pleases off leash. Junk is strewn about the yard.\r \r The street is narrow and so only has legal parking on one side...but wouldn't you know these tenants constantly park on the NO PARKING side of street in front of their house, blocking traffic. \r \r It was a nice quiet street until these folks were allow to rent from Zeruche. Now, it's like living in the projects. Marcos Zeruche has been contacted several times about his tenants and has done NOTHING. more

Recently, we decided to sell our first home and chose Zertuche Realtors to handle the listing. We were amazed at the way they handled all the details involved in selling our house. Very Helpful 3/2/2011

I just got done with my lease and they helped out greatly. Every three months Marcos would come out and say hello and ask if we need anything fixed. Maintenance was fast, friendly and would fix things that were my fault. Before my lease was up I mentioned to Marcos that I wanted to buy a house and he helped me with process. I now own the most beautiful house in Olmos Park. I recommend Marcos to all my friends renting or buying a house. more

Bad Business 5/15/2006

I rented from this company for a little over a year. During that time it took me three to four times to get them to respond to fixing things that were wrong. In addition, I have yet to recieve my $500 deposit from them. On more then one occasion I was promised that it was in the mail and they were flat out lying. Renter Beware!! more
