I just got done with my lease and they helped out greatly. Every three months Marcos would come out and say hello and ask if we need anything fixed. Maintenance was fast, friendly and would fix things that were my fault. Before my lease was up I mentioned to Marcos that I wanted to buy a house and he helped me with process. I now own the most beautiful house in Olmos Park. I recommend Marcos to all my friends renting or buying a house.
