No wonder this place is full of locals, but I also see some tourists coming in. The food is so yummy at Utopia Cafe, especially the rice in claypot. The serving is very generous and it is sizzling hot. My friend that took me here also ordered some specially prepared shark fin soup which is so delicious.
Pros: Generous portion and delicious, good price.
