Because of their mistake (botched root canal) they offered to extract the tooth for free, a $90 credit, however I had to pay $110 for a required consultation to go over information already on their records, then told there will be a $230 dollar fee for a required lab examination of the tooth, and as yet unknown fee for possible biopsy, thus translating into $340.00 or more for the FREE tooth extraction even though I requested they not perform the exam or biopsy because I can not afford this. If this is half what I would pay elsewhere, as noted in the Sep. 11 2008 editorial review found on this page I am astounded.
