This lady only cares about money, but in the name of BS on child development or child interest. She actually only cares who pays her more and how to charge you more. She is very manipulative and violent in communication; doesn't allow you to ask questions and usually just give you one option in her favor. She will never reply your email, text or phone calls as only she controls the communication methods she wants and likes to fabricate evidence just based on unrecorded conversation and phone calls. She is very unprofessional and impatient - let you wait in her room for 2 hours claiming she is busy with something else; constantly interrupting you during interview conversations. Dina 1st comment to me was, " The courts normally listen to me and I don't believe in 50/50 custody." Problem w/this statement is it encourages a negative him vs her custody battle, because the kids are now leverage for monetary gains (child support). This is exactly what happened as Dina from the beginning let me know she was closer with my child's mother lawyer than my lawyer. I provided her evidence showing mom beating the kids (on video) and cursing at them, to which Dina's reply was you set her up. I regress as I can provide more details to my case specifically if asked, however this post is to highlight how Dina perpetuates a negative relationship between parents because that EQUAL MORE MONEY FOR HER if the parents fight. Mother's stay away from this Lying, manipulative woman who has been doing her best to get paid all these years. She knows every judge, lawyer and the system very well. Thanks to her lying in court and using her background to put children in abusive situations. She performed a bogus test and called it whatever she wanted. First letme start by saying, my ex wife and myself were not your normal low paying clients of hers. We were 1st class, cash paid up front 9k for her services. I will not bad mouth Dr Trevino, because she is soft spoken. What I was furious at, was the complete lack of professionalism on her behalf. The time frame she took to complete this home study was as long as having 2 full term births. Secondly, how can this woman testify on a moms accusations from 2 years ago, that completely Dr knew were a pile of horse manure. Shall I discuss the things the kids said when she was alone with them? NO- I will hold back. I am not angry by any means, the outcome of my custody was exactly what I wanted. However the timeframe she took, and the amount of money she charges for to sit on the stand and testify to things she cant remember about is just outrages. If you are a father and get assigned to her, beg beg and beg that they consider another person to perform these services. Dr. Trevino goes above and beyond. She digs and gets to the bottom of things. There will always be the side scorn, but i can tell you she was spot on with my child. I highly recommend. more

I thought all you people were just crazies and trusted my lawyers recommendation. There is hours and hours of wasted interview time. Im not talking about my interpretation, I am not going to get into details, just give your money and time to someone else. more

Dina Trevino is a very caring and compassionate woman who just wants to get to the bottom of the underlying issue. I firmly believe that this woman does not take sides and seriously looks at the big picture. I think Dr. Dina Trevino is a very knowledgeable in how she proceeds. I believe she has the best interest of the children at heart and does not take sides. She really helped me understand issues and gave me insight on how my children are handling a custody battle.
