Thomas' was always a favorite local spot for all of my friends but up until 2 years ago when we heard it was being sold it went down a little. We decided to give it another shot because we heard it sold to people from the area. Well we were pleasantly surprised at the changes....New menu and the place looks really cool and clean. The service was really nice too! Like one of your friends. OH and Love the Upstairs Bar! Again, We have become regulars. Love the crab wontons and the New York Strip with coconut shrimp. If you were never there check out the Upstairs Bar...great place to hang out and listen to some good music. .....Hidden secrete for those us who know Thomas' well..,Karaoke on Thursdays is a Blast.... Dj fun too on weekends.....good times! Finally a place we can call ours, Again!!!!!! Pros: DJ, Karaoke...plasma tvs for the guys. Cons: gets crowded so make reservations for dinner... more

I've been here regularly over the last few months. We keep coming back because we like the atmosphere and the opportunity to sit outside and hope the service will get better, but after last weekend, no more. Service is abysmally slow, and regardless of who our server is, we are regularly asked to remind them what we ordered. It is not uncommon for a half hour to go by with every drink at the table empty and no one asking if we want refills. One time we were told there were no drink specials only to overhear another server telling another customer a few minutes afterwards what all the drink specials were. What could be a great local spot just doesn't make the cut in terms of service. Pros: Games on TV, outdoor seating, good atmosphere Cons: Horrible service with prices too high for what you get more

We had a great time! A group of friends and I heard about the new owners of Thomas' and wanted to see what they did to the Place. Well, a lot has changed! Loved it. We walked in to a fun , lively atmosphere on the first floor. Loved the guy singing acoustic. We wanted to Have dinner away from the crowd, so we were lead upstairs to the Olive Room . Beautiful! Loved the look and the feel. The bar upstairs was so inviting and my boyfriend loved the Plasma TV's. He got to watch the game. Go Flyers. We ate at the bar. We had appetizers and the guys had the filet. loved it.! We wound up staying all nite . The Olive Room was so comfortable . loved the fact that we could get away from the downstairs atmosphere but if we wanted could join the acoustic party going on downstairs. Oh they even had a Private loft area were you can sit , eat and chat. I think i am coming back with other friends. Gotta go to Thomas'. Pros: outside dining , the olive room, private loft and the bar room on first floor Cons: none more

This pretentious bar has the worst service ever. After standing at the bar trying to get a drink for well over 15 minutes on a not-so-crowded night (wonder why???), the bar tender who was wearing pig tails and looking like an idiot, finally acknowledged my presence. At the end of the night, my group were the only people still left in the place, so we decided to close our tab. This took 20 minutes! And there was no one else in the place. The bouncer was rude, unprofessional and quite animalistic. Plus the place was dirty. Wouldn't even reccommend it to a starving person. more
