Botox and fillers 7/19/2013

The staff and Dr's are attentive, helpful and are conservative with treatment. I am very grateful for the conservative administration of botox and fillers. Many other medspa's push unnecessary products and inject more botox/fillers than necessary. more

I like the peels! 7/10/2013

I really enjoy my interactions with Dr. Kang. I find her to be engaging and very professional and I'm happy with the results I get from my treatments. My laser work is not healing as fast as I thought it would. I've never had this long after a treatment with the inflammation still visible on/in my skin, but maybe the Veingough is different than the laser work I've had before. I also wish that the front desk would set expectations about how long numbing will take and the approximate duration of my appointment, especially if my appointment is during the middle of the day. That being said, I still refer my friends to the spa and will be back for some peels in the near future. Thank you for providing a forum for customer feedback. I appreciate it. more

I came here for a tattoo removal services. Staffs are very friendly and extremely helpful. There was a Korean lady here without glasses helped me to rub on some number cream before the section. She was kind and sincere, she offered that I could take painkillers before the procedure. It was a pleasure having been served and helped by her before going through the skin-burning process. James was very professional and good too. He is knowledgable at what he does and he is passionate and eager to help clients through the painful process. more

Nice and accommodating 5/12/2013

The office is very clean and professional, a lot of literature and videos (albeit from the product manufacturers) to show the range of services. The staff is very nice and accommodating to me when there was a mix up with the dates of my service. Dr. Lisa Kang is very professional and efficient. more

The staff were all professional and informed. The process of intake and waiting was quick. Dr Lisa was awesome, she took her time, answered all my questions and offered me the same deal price for future treatments. Her bedside manner was very good. All the support staff were great. No complaints. Still a little early to tell results of clear and brilliant but feels just as she described! more
