San Antonio Pediatric Associates is a doctors office that I WOULD NOT recommend to anyone. The office staff is rude and I had problems with them filing the correct paperwork to insurance and not responding when requests were made. The doctor that we saw (Roman Sitek MD) was not helpful and rude. He did not listen to our concerns for our newborn and told us that a problem wasn't anything when it turned out to be a major problem with my child. I am still fighting to get copies of our records and for them to file to our insurance correctly. A battle that isn't needed at all.
