if you are looking for an affordable place to sleep this is it, but if you need a place that is a good place to live stay away from here. maintenance is hard to come by. my water facets are constantly leaking (actually pouring) and it takes weeks for maintenance to come by to repair. then after it is repaired two days later the pouring begins again. they finally did the right thing and replaced the faucets in one of the bathrooms and it works great, unfortunately they left the tile walls unfinished making the tub unusable for over a month and i am still waiting for them to come by and finish the work. it took 8 months of constant nagging for them to repair the tile entryway they had promised to repair when i moved in, i am still waiting for the screens to be installed something also promised when i moved in. i gave up asking for the fireplace repair i had to rig something myself to keep the flue closed. crime is low outside for one car being broken into and a murder that occurred in one of the parking lots. good luck in your search Pros: affordable rent Cons: maintenance more

This is my first apt experience. I have lived here five months. I have attempted to get a leaky bathroom ceiling fixed for five months calling repeatedly. They came and made it worse and now the ceiling caved in. Maintenance is slow and are not competent. It seems like they lose the service orders or don't write them down. I don't know but i can't wait to get out of here. A lady threatened to evict me the first week because i had not been told about a pet deposit until after i signed the lease. i had made clear to the agent that i had a pet and put it on the application and she said that was fine. a week later i am told bring in $300 dollars today or we will have to evict you. I was appalled. I feel the office personnel were deceitful in not telling me about the pet deposit, and the following tenant communication was not handles accordingly. They were downright rude. I am very disappointed in the manner maintenance service is handled. I feel if I am not able to use the bathroom why should I have to pay for it. Especially since i have been trying to get it fixed for five months. The outside parking lots are littered with trash. Never again. I will check review before I move in.
