Replacement 6/25/2019

Jeison and Daniel did an excellent job replacing my furnace and AC. Jeison’s knowledge of the installation was very reassuring. Install time and cleanup went smoothly. This is the fourth time that I’ve used Swan and have not been disappointed. Complete professionalism from the get go. more

Quality work, perfect customer service 5/31/2019

Kris was our service professional and he worked incredibly hard and diligently on our home. We are completely satisfied with the quality of the work and feel confident in our new system. During his time at our home 2 other service professionals came to lend a hand and they were courteous and willing to instruct us/speak to any questions we had regarding the new system. This is our first time using Swan Plumbing & Heating and it was such a positive experience we would recommend them to anyone-- their work and price also came with a 1 year guarantee which reassured us and gave us that much more confidence in their work. Professional yet Friendly Treatment 5/31/2019

I am very impressed with the service I received this morning. My hot water heater failed, and I had a repairman on site within 1 1/2 hours. The woman who scheduled the service was thorough and friendly and texted a picture of the repairman ahead of time.. The technician explained all my options and was very patient with me when I changed my mind on which direction I wanted to pursue. I would highly recommend Swan! more

Jeison arrived early, jumped in and started the work and completely transformed my furnace room by the end of the day. The job was very professionally done and they went way above and beyond what I thought they were going to do. A neighbor recommended them to me, I am recommending them to others. It is so hard to find reliable companies like this in today's market, but this is one you want to have as a contact when you need work done. I will have them back again for anything else I need help with that they do. more

Cooling Unit cleaning and furnace filter replacement 4/27/2019

The technician was nice, but not prepared. Swan has sent a service person out before so they should have history on us. In any case, the technician didn't have a ladder to access the attic furnace, he did not have a filter for the furnace (he do go get one) and he needed our hose to clean the cooling unit.....okay I'll give him that. He did not tell us what he was doing, he just did it. The company did not explain the different levels of service they provided. All he did was hose out the panels, literally, of the cooling unit. He said if we wanted the unit unassembled and the leaves that were inside removed that would cost us more than our monthly maintenance plan. Nothing was said about the furnace unit. I will cancel my monthly plan. It's not worth it. The tech was a nice guy, that's it. more

Annual A/C Maintenance 4/5/2019

It was easy to schedule the appointment and at a time that was convenient to me. It was very helpful to receive a text to let me know the tech was on his way. He arrived on time. I wanted to write this directly to him but I did not see his name on the business card. He went by "Moe". He went right to work and before I knew it, he was finished and indicated that all was good to go for the season. Please let Moe know I appreciate his professionalism and work he did. Jim more

I have always been impressed with the support and professionalism of SWAN. Jeremi came over today to perform an tune-up of the AC system and general plumbing systems. He provided a thorough analysis of all areas and left our system in good shape for the upcoming summer. He was helpful in understanding the current status of each system and left each area cleaner than it was before he got here! more

Tankless Water Heater Repair 3/29/2019

Today, Friday, 3-29-19, Service Technician, Tyler M., came to my house to repair my tankless water heater. After calling to make sure it was alright, Tyler arrived an hour and a half before my scheduled appointment time. Tyler was very friendly and professional and after I explained the problem he gave me options to resolve the problem. Tyler is an extremely conscientious employee and a very important asset to Swan Plumbing & Heating and I highly recommend him and Swan Plumbing, Heating and Air. more
