Virgilio makes the best pizza in town, hands down. You can try to exclude him from the Italian festival, but the truth will always get out. The money he raised for Children's Hospital was a truly classy move. No one can touch Virgilio's.

Even if you aren’t a vegetarian, you will love this place. Watercourse’s brunch is definitely one of the best in town (I’m particular to the Capri Scramble). There are plenty of vegan options (including tasty pastries) and their menu has a wide variety of foods. I’ve never tasted something at Watercourse I didn’t like.

We went to Vesta's for a well deserved Friday evening away from the kids. We got street parking right outfront (bring quarters) We had early reservations (5:45) and were a few minutes late. There was no problem being seated, and our table was great. The server was awesome, and knowledgeable about the entire menu.
We had ceviche to start, because of all the great reviews. It was pretty good, but we went with the chile verde level, and I think that was a mistake. The best part about ceviche is the freshness, and mixing it with a sauce was interesting. I think next time we would go with the mango poblano, just to make it a little more authenic, or plain with a sauce on the side.
While waiting for our entree, they brought us some samples of menu items, which was great. I ordered the pork tenderloin which was delish, there was alot of meat, and tons of rice and onions. (I didnt even eat it all there was so much) Presentatoin was great. It comes with mojito onions, and they did taste like a mojito! I went ahead and got the suggested paired sauces. My husband had the scallops. They were cooked to perfection and a large serving (4-5 large scallops). The sweet potatoes were do good that he ate them even though he doesnt like sweet potatoes. They accidentally brought us hot fudge instead of one of his sauces, but they quickly fixed it, and brought us a complimentary desert sampler to make up for the mistake!!
All in all, great dining, I don't have any complaints, and that is odd for me!!
Pros: Knowledgeable staff, samples, ambience, service
Cons: nothing to complain about!!

I have only been here once but it is one of the best, if not the best in denver! The fish is fresh and the rolls are prepared perfectly. We sat at the bar which was a fun experience. Don't forget to try a piece of freshly made banana pie after the main course, it is great!

I LOVE to eat out. I love the combination of atmosphere, yummy food and great drinks. Vesta has it all. Whether you order the lamb, steak or a vegetarian meal, you are sure to enjoy.
The restaurant has one of the best ambiances in Denver. The huge booths make for a fantastic girl's night out, or the cozy tables are perfect for an intimate date. My husband and I are heading there Friday for our anniversary, and I cannot wait!
Make sure you start your dinner off with the Tuna Roll appetizer and Bibb Salad, and do not get too full that you cannot enjoy dessert. The Taffy Apple is to die for!

Well, my girlfriends and I decided to meet at this cozy little place in an effort to change it up a bit. We were VERY pleased! The service was great! Very neat atmosphere. It was like we were at a cafe in France.
I ordered Pain Perdue, which is two fluffy pieces of french toast, served with a cup of vanilla custard and a cup of fresh fruit. TO DIE FOR!
And affordable too! My Pain Perdue cost only $7. And their Mimosas are only $2!!

I "re-tried" this restaurant during 5280 week. Hadn't eaten at it in almost 25 yrs as I do not work downtown any longer. After the absolutely creative, tasty and well-priced meal I had during 5280, it most certainly will not be 25 yrs before I eat there again. It is now back on my favorite restaurant list and will eat there often. The quality of the food was outstanding, service was excellent, very authentic French food. I was just recently driving all over France eating in small family restaurants and the quality of Le Central rivaled the best of them.
Pros: Creative Dishes, Great Quality, Great Value Price
Cons: Parking
