Moe Elmuniaier was very pleasant and professional when he conducted my annual AC service and when he returned to do some additional maintenance on the unit.

Worst

Service Professional was efficient in work and knowledgeable regarding steam humidifier and tankless systems.

Great Service from Moe 3/28/2019

Moe came over for a yearly checkup of our AC unit. He was courteous, helpful, and made sure to ask if everything was to my satisfaction. I only wish all service providers were as helpful as Moe. I'd definitely recommend Swan and their team for your AC, plumbing, heating, and electrical needs. more

Moe from Swan Plumbing and Heating 3/27/2019

On Tuesday March 26th, 2019 Moe came out to our home to tune up our air conditioning unit. This was the first time we had the pleasure of having Moe respond to our service call. He was very courteous, professional, and went above and beyond the call of duty. Moe explained in detail every action that he took during the process of tuning up our A.C. unit for the season. At the conclusion of maintaining our A.C. he asked if we had any plumbing issues that was of any concern to us and I mentioned that one of the toilets on the main level had a phantom flush periodically. Moe popped into that restroom and attempted to recreate the problem to no avail but still made a quick adjustment in hopes of rectifying our problem. I was impressed by his attention to detail and his effort to resolve other issues we were having. more

Great workmanship 3/25/2019

Jeison Miranda did a great job repairing our hot water heat boiler. Work was very professional, cleaned up what little mess they made and was great to work with. His assistant was also a super person. Would gladly have them do any service I need in the future. more

Installation of new Air Conditioner and Furnace 3/12/2019

I chose Swan Plumbing and Heating to install my new air conditioner and furnace, after meeting with a total of 5 companies, and I'm glad I did. Not only was the price competitive, but the service was great. Ben and Zane were the installers and they were both very professional, informative and friendly. I would highly recommend this company. more

Rheem Furnace not working 2/18/2019

John found the problem in 5 minutes. Cleaned up and was out in 20 minutes. Gave great advice. Furnace working again. Only $22 more

Swan Plumbing Service Pro Detlef 4/27/2017

I would like to thank Detlef for the work he did in clearing a clogged line. His knowledge and patience while addressing the problem were to be admired. His set up of the protection mats and of all the tools he would need was also impressive. There was no wasted time going back and forth getting other tools. His professionalism and confidence allowed me to ask questions and to watch. His cleanup was just as good as his set up. Thank you Detlef, you made this problem not appear to be as bad as i originally thought. Swan Management should be proud to send Detlef to any job site. Thank you, Victor Vargas more

Exceptional Customer Service and Knowledge 1/29/2017

Walt is the TRUE professional, Our furnace had to be replaced, Call Swan, Drilon check said it was ready to go. Walt was here in 1 hours time and had us going in a day and a half. Worked his tail off to get us the needed heat. Treated us like family instead of just a customer. Giving Seniors GREAT SERVICE more
